The law on selling tobacco, vapes and nicotine products is changing.
The Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) and the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) have produced a series of infographics showing the changes in an easy-to-read way:
- Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) for tobacco, vapes and nicotine products
- Selling tobacco, herbal smoking products and cigarette papers
- Selling vapes and nicotine products
- Vending machine ban for tobacco, vapes and nicotine products
