The UK has now left the European Union and we are in a transition period while the Government and the EU negotiate. The transition period lasts until the end of 2020 and existing laws continue to apply during it.
The 'post-Brexit' content on Business Companion was created to cover the possibility of the UK leaving without a deal. As this did not happen, parts of that content will now be incorrect, and there are liable to be more changes before the end of the transition period. As such, we have temporarily removed the content.
The Government has published information on the transition period on the GOV.UK website.
