The UK Government has published information for pubs, restaurants and cafes on plans to make it easier and safer to serve customers outdoors.
There are proposals to change the licensing process so outdoor markets, summer fairs, etc will not need a planning application; and pubs and restaurants will be able to use car parks and terraces as dining and drinking areas.
