HM Government has produced a short online delivery leaflet, which is designed to help businesses that sell online understand their legal obligations when it comes to delivery charges and delivery restrictions.
The first part outlines what the law says; if you're selling online you should ensure you're complying with the law on all fronts (including returns, which are not covered by this leaflet). The second part gives some practical suggestions that could help you comply with the law, depending on your business model. Of course, these suggestions may not all be applicable to your business / products.
