Over the last couple of months, the Government has been publishing EU Exit technical notices, explaining what will happen in a 'no deal' scenario in various sectors. One of the most recent technical notices to be published covers consumer rights.
As the guidance on Business Companion is based on current law, it will not change until we know what legislation will be in force when the UK leaves the European Union on 29 March 2019.
